Background

Fırat University Building and Concrete Application and Research Center (YABEM) was established with the publication of the Center Regulation in the official gazette dated 23.09.2010 and numbered 27589. Fırat University YABEM has carried out many academic studies and technical reports over the years. After the January 24, 2020 Sivrice/Elazığ Earthquake, an important resource was put forward by preparing an archival report as a result of very detailed field studies.

Fırat University YABEM continues to produce solutions to problems with academic and technical projects, to train postgraduate experienced young people and to contribute to the disaster-related developments of our country in its field.
